V. Data retention period

Lightline only stores personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy under "Purposes."

If a longer retention period is justified by law or by compliance with another legal obligation, lightline may retain the data for longer.

The retention period will in any case not exceed 7 years.

VI. Data security

lightline takes the protection of personal data seriously and takes all appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, and unauthorized access. If the customer has the impression that personal data is not properly secured, please contact sabrina@lightline.tech.

VII. Sharing data with third parties

lightline will not disclose personal data to third parties, unless this is necessary in the context of providing and optimizing its services (such as, but not limited to, administration, processing payments, etc.).

lightline guarantees the security of data held by its employees and subcontractors. In concrete terms, this means that lightline's employees and subcontractors are bound by confidentiality and that only those who need access to your personal data in order to perform the agreement will be given access, and they are contractually bound to process the aforementioned data correctly.

If it is necessary for Lightline to disclose personal data to third parties in this context, the third party in question is obliged to use the personal data in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
