Step 1 – Introduction

We start with a short call of about 20 to 30 minutes. You tell me where you're stuck, we lay out your needs, and together we look at where the biggest gains can be made. And if it's not a good fit? Then I'll just say so. Honesty is the best policy.

Step 2 – Proposal

I'll send you a proposal in plain language: what I will do for you, what I need from you to be able to do it, and what it will cost. Clear scope, timing and budget – no surprises. You decide whether to say "yes" or let it simmer for a while.

Step 3 – Implementation

We use one or two fixed channels to communicate. Not fifteen different places where messages disappear. You make the decisions about your business, I do the clicking and the technical magic. And in between, we keep in touch so you never have to guess what the status is.

Step 4 – Completion

At the end, you'll receive a short manual or a Loom video, so you won't remain dependent on me. I will put all logins and appointments in one place for you. And if you want to make adjustments or expand later on? The door is open for a follow-up process.
